    • We do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, if you have any issues with your product, please email us at hello@souleygreen.com, and we will address these on a case-by-case basis.

 

Incorrect or Damaged products

    • We sincerely apologise for any incorrect products sent to you. Kindly email us at hello@souleygreen.com along with the snapshot of the damaged product(s) and your order number for verification purposes.

    • Please be ensured that our team packs all products that are in excellent condition to you. However, in any given scenario that your product(s) are damaged during delivery, we sincerely apologise for that. Just follow the steps above, and we will assist you from there followed by a thorough investigation.
