When we found out Singapore was lacking a source for Vegan-friendly dessert sauces, we knew we had to introduce Nature's Charm to the local community. Not only have we received good feedback about these sauces, we have also seen creative creations made from people who have incorporated the products into their dishes.
Prior to our relaunch, we have also decided to have a recipe section featuring products that are available from our store. We hope this would help those who are interested to try the products but not sure how to use them.
The first recipe we are featuring is made from Nature's Charm Salted Caramel Sauce. Enjoy!
1 cup cashew meal
¾ cup almond milk
¼ cup Natures Charm salted caramel sauce
½ cup coconut oil, melted
10-15 dates (adjust accordingly)
1 tbsp tahini
3 tbsp almond milk
¼ cup chopped roasted pistachios + more to top
More salt to taste
1. Blend almonds, oats and dates together until broken down & combined. Line an 8" square mould with parchment paper and press the dough evenly. Place into the freezer for 30 min until it firms up.
2. To prepare the cream filling, blend all ingredients together, except the pistachios till smooth and creamy. Gently fold pistachios into the filling and pour the filling over the crust. Topped the filling with more pistachios and freeze until set (at least 3 hours).
3. Leave the pistachio bites to thaw when you’re ready to consume.
