Coconut Mango Chia Seed Pudding

Skip the sugary puddings and try out this recipe instead!

Layered with Nature's Charm Evaporated Coconut Milk, chia seeds, mango and granola, this delicious mango chia pudding can be enjoyed at any time of day! Enjoy it as a healthier breakfast option, a mid-day snack, or as a delightful dessert after dinner. Additionally, these incredible little seeds are high in protein, fibre, and healthy omega-3 fats.

  • 3 TBSP chia seeds
  • 1/2 tin of Nature's Charm Evaporated Coconut Milk
  • Granola & Mango to layer


  1. Combine chia seeds and evaporated milk in a jar or container to create the "chia pudding" - stir and mix well. Soak the mixture in the chiller overnight.
  2. Once ready to consume, layer the "chia pudding" with granola and mango. Drizzle some evaporated coconut milk for a heavier coconut taste (optional), and it's ready to indulge!
