As a brand committed to providing products that bring meaning to your everyday, we don't hold sales or offer promo codes that encourage mindless shopping. Major shopping events like 11/11 and BlackFriday set consumers into 'ravaging' mode to search for good deals. More often than not, this leads to consumers purchasing products they don't need.
The only promo code we shoutout is our 'new customer' perk - sign up for our newsletter to get $5 off your first purchase with us!
#REDUCED enables us to prevent further food/product wastage of ugly foods or the imperfects - products that have a slight bruise, misshapen products or discoloured packaging that does not affect the quality of the product itself.
Products that are nearing their 'best before' dates can also be found here. Due to regulations, all brands will have a 'best before' date for their products. However, most products are still edible/usable after their 'best before' date and can be prolonged with proper storage.
When purchasing products from #REDUCED, the respective product page(s) will state the storage instructions, and 'best before' date. If you have further questions on any of the products, do drop us a message at email@example.com.

On the product page, click on the bar that says “Notify Me When It’s In Stock” for first dibs when they return! Choose to receive alerts via notifications (through your web browser) or email, and you'll be notified when it's available.
We accept payments via all debit/credit cards, PAYNOW/PAYLAH, and GrabPay.

Yes, we do! Simply choose the option for self-collection upon check out - there are no extra fees for self-collection. At the moment, self-collection is only available at our warehouse located in Woodlands. Depending on your choice of notification (email/SMS), you will be notified within 1-2 working days when your order is ready for collection. Please only head down for collection when you receive a notification. As our warehouse does not collect payment, we will only process your order once payment has been fulfilled.

We provide door-to-door courier service for all local orders. You will be entitled for complimentary delivery for orders $68 and above. For orders below $68, delivery is chargeable at $8 for standard courier service (1-3 working days).
Alternatively, you may choose self-collection at our warehouse.
During peak seasons, there may be a delay in deliveries as our team and courier partner sorts through the high volume of orders. We hope to seek your understanding!
We don't deliver to P.O. boxes and army camps.
A $15 location fee will apply for delivery to Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island, Jurong Shipyard, Jurong Port and other restricted areas where applicable.
If you need a guaranteed next-day delivery (orders have to be made before 11 am), there will be a surcharge fee of $8 - $15 (per order, per location). In your order notes, let us know that you require 'express delivery', and we'll assist you from there.
Standard & Express delivery options: After 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts, your parcel will be returned to us. But we'd be more than happy to redeliver your order!
Take note: additional redelivery fees will apply.
You won't be able to amend your delivery information if your order has already been processed. If you noticed this early, do drop us a message ASAP. However, do note that shipping delays may occur for delivery address amendments but as always, we'll try our best to help and minimise further delays.
If your order is delivered by the time we relay your request to our courier partners, we may not be able to retrieve it. So contact us ASAP if you need to make amendments, as we don't want your order to land in the wrong hands!
To provide you with a better shopping experience, we have paused our international delivery services due to the nature of our products, and the ever-changing air freight rates. However, if there's something you really like and would like us to ship it to you, do drop us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do our best to help you out.
However, do note that all international orders may be subject to duties and taxes that vary by country and are based on the value of your order, which are to be borne by you.
Simply apply the Gift Card unique code at checkout! Do make sure the value has been offset from your order's final amount before completing your purchase.
If there is a balance left over, simply complete the purchase by paying with our available payment modes - credit/debit card, PAYLAH/PAYNOW & GrabPay.
SoulFood Rewards enables you to earn SF Points with every order and redeem them for cash vouchers. You’ll also get 50 points (~$5) as soon as you sign up for a free account.
You can earn SF points by signing up for a SoulFood reward account, successfully referring a friend to us and for every S$1 spent.
*Note: Points earned are based on your purchase amount, excluding discounts and shipping fees. The purchase amount paid via Gift Cards and Credits will not earn points as well.
There is no expiry for all SF points.
You won’t be able to redeem your SF points directly at checkout. To use your points, log into your , click on the reward icon on the bottom right. A panel will pop up showing you the available rewards you can redeem with your SF points.
You can redeem your points for cash vouchers in denominations of SGD3, SGD5 and SGD8.
